Ohio Valley Meats Custom Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a custom order with Ohio Valley Meats, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before submitting your order.

1. Custom Order Process

• All custom orders must be submitted through our Custom Order Form.

• Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding:

Desired Pickup Date

Product Selection

Quantity (in Pounds)

Cut Preferences

Special Instructions (if applicable)

• Once your order is submitted, we will provide you with a detailed quote via email.

2. Pricing & Weight-Based Charges

• All product pricing is calculated by weight, not per item.

• The quoted price is an estimate and may vary slightly based on the final processed weight of your order.

• While we aim to be as accurate as possible, your final total may be higher or lower than the initial quote.

• Customers will receive a final invoice reflecting the true weight and cost of their order once processing is complete.

3. Deposit & Payment

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders will not be processed without this deposit.

• Once your deposit is received, your quote will be converted into an official invoice.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or can be paid online via the invoice email prior to pickup.

No orders will be released without full payment.

4. Card on File & Unclaimed Orders

• Customers are required to place a valid credit/debit card on file at the time of ordering.

• If your order is not picked up within 7 days of your notification email or phone call, your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.

• After this 7-day period, the order will be considered forfeited with no refund available.

• Forfeited orders are not eligible for rescheduling or credit toward future purchases.

5. Pickup & Order Fulfillment

• Customers are responsible for arriving on their scheduled pickup date.

• If you anticipate a delay or need to modify your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible.

• We will do our best to accommodate reasonable schedule changes, but extended delays may result in forfeiture of the order as outlined above.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once the deposit has been made.

• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after processing has begun.

• Deposits are only refundable if Ohio Valley Meats is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities


By placing a custom order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information on your order form.

• Respond promptly to communication regarding your order.

• Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in this policy.

• Pick up your order within the designated timeframe.
