Custom Ordering
Step 1: Submit Your Custom Order Form Request
- Desired Delivery Date – Let us know when you’d like your order ready.
- Product Selection – Specify the cuts of meat you’re interested in.
- Quantity – Indicate how much meat you’d like.
- Cut/Style Preferences – Choose your preferred thickness or packaging style (based on the product type).
Once submitted, we’ll review your request and send you a personalized quote via email or contact you for more details if needed.
Step 2: Confirm Your Order with a Deposit
Instructions for submitting payment will be included in your quote email.
Step 3: Order Completion & Final Payment
Once your order is prepared, we’ll notify you by email or phone. The remaining balance will be due at that time.
Important Notes:
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you have any special requests or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Payment Information
Pricing Policy
• Our products are priced by weight, not by item. While we aim for accuracy in your quote, your final total may differ slightly from the initial estimate.
• This difference is typically minimal, but your final invoice may be slightly higher or lower depending on the exact weight of your order.
Card on File & Unclaimed Orders
• To protect against unclaimed orders, a valid credit/debit card must be placed on file.
• If your order is not picked up within one week of notification, your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.
• After this one-week period, the order will be considered forfeited with no refund available.
Initial Quote & Deposit
• After submitting your custom order form, we will provide you with a detailed quote based on your selections.
• To confirm your order, a 25% deposit is required.
• Once the deposit is received, your quote will be converted into an official invoice.
Final Payment & Pickup
• The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
• Alternatively, you may choose to pay your balance online via the invoice email before pickup for added convenience.
• Please note that no items will be released without full payment.
